Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Seer account and the data associated with it. This information is provided for App Store and Google Play compliance.

What data Seer stores

• Account details (email, display name, sign-in provider data)
• Daily card records and related preferences
• In-app preferences (language, card back, wallpaper, etc.)
• Owned cardbacks / purchase entitlement records

Question text sent for AI readings is processed via our secure proxy and is not kept as a long-term reading archive on our servers after the interpretation is returned.

Option 1 — Delete in the App (recommended)

1. Open Seer and sign in
2. Go to Settings → User Profile
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

This permanently deletes your Firebase Authentication account and the Firestore data stored under your user ID (including preferences, daily cards, and owned cardbacks). You may be asked to re-authenticate with Google or Apple before deletion completes.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the App, email us with the subject line "Delete my Seer data" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and associated data within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

After deletion

Once deleted, you will need to create a new account to use Seer again. Store purchase records may still exist with Apple or Google; you can use Restore Purchases after signing in again if you repurchase access on the same store account.
