These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seer mobile application (the "App") operated by Vestrit Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not directed at children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → User Profile → Delete Account. See our Delete Account page for details.

Seer provides tarot-style readings for entertainment purposes only. Interpretations are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on readings as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You use the App at your own risk.
The free App is supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdMob). Ads may be personalised subject to your device permissions and applicable consent requirements (such as App Tracking Transparency on iOS and UMP consent in the EEA/UK).
Optional purchases (such as cardback unlocks) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and may be verified via RevenueCat. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refunds are handled solely under Apple's or Google's refund policies. Restoring purchases is available in the App where applicable.
The App also includes an optional in-app coin balance. Coins may be earned by watching a completed rewarded advertisement after a reading, and may be spent to unlock cardback designs as an alternative to a store purchase. Coins and unlocked designs are licensed digital items with no cash value outside the App, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for real money. We may change earn rates, prices, or availability, and unused coins are forfeited if you delete your account.
The App, including its software, branding, artwork, card designs, prompts, and related materials, is owned by Vestrit Games or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain rights to the questions you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide AI interpretations and operate the App.
The App depends on third-party services (including Firebase, OpenAI, AdMob, PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, and Apple/Google sign-in and billing). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VESTRIT GAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY READING OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and IP) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vestrit Games operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
